I can't wait! Tomorrow I am heading to Cleveland. I am all packed up and ready to go. I will simply have to run Shea a little bit in the morning to get him tired for the seven hour drive.
With the excitement of tomorrow lingering, I have been on overdrive all day today. Super hyper with anticipation. So has Shea. He ran around the yard, running, jumping, and swimming for hours on end. And I, ran, jumped, but didn't swim after him like a crazy bat woman.
With all the commotion and energy in my mind, I decided to go for a nice, long run. It was so relaxing. It calmed me down quite a bit. Nothing but the open roads, their quietness, and their massive hills.
When I say, nothing else. I mean nothing else. Complete emptiness. Running past barns, and horse farms, taking in the smell of cow dung. Like I said, extremely relaxing!
I guess it is a good warm-up for my drive tomorrow. Passing miles and miles of nothingness. Syracuse, Buffalo, and Erie, PA are the only things that will momentarily break up that nothingness. But, boy will the end result be worth it. I can't wait to see Jeff's face!
