Muffins

I baked some blueberry muffins for my students. We have had state tests the past two weeks, and I want to make sure that they have all eaten breakfast. Since I can't go to their homes and feed them, I have brought in breakfast for them on testing days. Today, blueberry muffins were the fare.

As I was mixing the batter, I told my uncle that I would make a few extra for him. He was captivated by the aroma, but said he probably wasn't going to eat any. He is trying to go on a diet. He can't understand why he can't get rid of the stomach pouch.

I have an idea why. And, it doesn't have anything to do with my 2.5 grams of fat muffins. It may have to do with the food he buys, and gobbles down within two to three days. Check out the pantry:
Surprisingly there is no double stuffed Oreos in there. That's cause he finished those last night. So, no, it is not my muffins that are making it difficult to get rid of that stomach pouch. It's all that stuff there. All that stuff that will probably be gone by Saturday.

I think the muffins would actually be a good diet step. But who I am to give advice. Really, I don't care all that much. If he's happy, I'm happy. If he's not happy, I can't help but be happy because I am going to see Jeff tomorrow! Hoping 7:00 p.m. gets here faster than the 15 hours away that it really is.
